Indication

• Moderate to Severe pain.
• Painful muscle spasm.
• eg. from fibrositis, whiplash injury, torticollis, prolapsed intervertebral disc, strains, sprains, tension headaches, persistent hiccup.

Action

Norflex causes the muscles in your body to relax.

Dose advice

100mg (1 tablet) twice daily with or without food. In severe cases up to 300mg (3 tablets) per 24 hour is acceptable.

Side effects are rare if the recommended doses are used.

Uncommon side effects

Uncommon side effects include:

• Nausea
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Rash
• Drowsiness.

If side effects occur your doctor may recommend reducing the dose or ceasing the medication.
