The TGA says the manufacturers failed to respond to questions on whether they have ties with Pan Pharmaceuticals.
But there is no evidence at this stage that any of the latest medicines on the banned list are deficient.
The companies will be forced to run product recall advertising and re-apply for their product licences with the TGA.
