Indication

Mylanta is an antacid that is used to relieve the symptoms of heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease and indigestions

Action

Mylanta acts by neutralising the excess acid produced in the stomach and by preventing stomach acid from refluxing into the oesophagus.

Dose advice

Liquid form20 ml three times a day taken after meals and at bedtime.TabletsTwo tablets chewed then swallowed three times a day taken after meals and at bedtime.Mylanta is safe to use during pregnancy.
