Three of four children remaining in Melbourne’s Monash Medical Centre with suspected SARS could go home today.Doctors at Monash cannot yet rule out SARS as the cause of illness for the three siblings.But their treating doctor at Monash, Richard Doherty, says he has consulted with experts in Canada and is pleased with their clinical condition.Professor Doherty says the other child at Monash, a two-year-old girl from Vietnam, is a little distressed.”She’s a little girl whose mum doesn’t speak good English and she’s finding the circumstances fairly terrifying,” he said.Professor Doherty says she has responded extremely well to antibiotics and her fever has disappeared.(Source: ABC online)
